BFRB with Libby

I understand bad habits. They affect our lives in so many ways, ranging from nail biting to eating too many cookies, and even to dangerous habits like drinking too much.

We develop these habits because they help us, at first.

The thing is, sometimes they stop helping us and start hurting us.

Breaking tough habits is a major challenge.

Sometimes our habits aren’t actually habits, but part of a disease. It’s not our fault, and not matter how hard we try, we find ourselves back to the same problems.

But we CAN break the BFRB pattern. We do not have to hide behind excuses and camouflages.

We can learn to make our habits work for us, and maybe even break free.

We all need a little help for sometimes, and I’ve been a helper since I can remember.

Because healing should be simple. Maybe even a little fun.

And I believe it’s worth it.

Lets craft your path for recovery from BFRBs, together.
